Year 6 2019 - 2020
Hello again Y6,
Welcome back after the break. Hope that you are all well.
Let's start this week with a date for your diary. The school is planning on inviting all of Year 6 to a socially distanced goodbye picnic around about mid-July. We’ll let you know as soon as we have a definite date.
If you haven’t done so already, you should shortly receive your Purple Mash login details (please see link below). Once you have entered your login details, click 2Dos at the top of the page to find this week’s work. Tasks and activities are set for each day of the week. These will need to be completed and submitted for marking and feedback. If you have any problems, please let me know.
To remind you of the importance of handwashing, I have included a link to The Handwashing Song from Rocksteady.

The solution to last week’s riddle was; Grandpa is bald! Well done if you solved it. Well done if you worked it out.
Here is this weeks puzzle: A man started to town with a fox, a goose, and a sack of corn. He came to a stream which he had to cross in a tiny boat. He could only take one across at a time. He could not leave the fox alone with the goose or the goose alone with the corn. How did he get them all safely over the stream?
I’ll post the solution next week.
