Mindfulness October 2020
We celebrated World Mental Health Day. It is important to look after our physical health but just as important we look after our mental health. We went to the hall and had a mindfulness session. We learned how to relax our minds and relax our bodies. Later we spoke about how important it is to tell someone if we are feeling worried or upset.
