Mini-Vinnies
At St Peter and St Paul, we are proud of our Mini Vinnies team, made up of representatives from across Key Stage 2, with special roles for our Key Stage 1 children too. The Mini Vinnies are the youngest members of the St Vincent de Paul Society (SVP), an international Christian voluntary organisation dedicated to helping those in need.
Inspired by our mission, "With Christ as our guide, we Love, Aspire and Serve," our Mini Vinnies put their faith into action. They are committed to serving our school, our parish of Holy Cross & St Helen, the wider St Helens community, and our brothers and sisters across the world.
The group meets regularly, and every meeting begins and ends with prayer, reminding us that all we do is rooted in our love of God and of one another.

- Mary's Meals: helping to provide school meals for children in some of the world's poorest communities
- CAFOD: including our Big Lent Walk and Harvest collection
